AuditTrail - It's impossible to localize the AuditOperationType enum through the Model Editor

created 7 years ago

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM B32424: Localization - It's impossible to localize AuditDataItem properties without modifying the source code]
Hi,

how to get this enum AuditOperationType  shown in the Model Editor? I am using the AuditTrailModule but this enum is not visible within Locilization-Enums.

C#
We improved our AuditTrail module. Now, you can localize the AuditOperationType enumeration using the Model Editor. This improvement is available in the 8.2.3 update.

Florian

    Hello Florian,

The AuditOperationType item appears in the Model Editor in my tests with MainDemo.Win app, but it does not contain any values. I also see that this enumeration is not directly used in the AuditDataItemPersistent class, because it contains only a string property. We need some additional time to research this behavior and suggest the best technical solution for 2018. Please bear with us.
