    Hi Guido,

Would you please provide us with the solution's solution (.sln) and project (.csproj or .vbproj) files so we can examine them on our side?
I hope to hear from you soon.

the problem is fixed now with some help on the live chat.
I would however like some help on a ticket i made yesterday,
      https://www.devexpress.com/Support/Center/Question/Details/T323002

        Hi Guido,

I am happy to hear that our assistance with the original issue was helpful. As for the How can I use OptionsFilter.FilterPopupMode = FilterPopupMode.CheckedList and keep the Custom option in the filterlist ticket, we are working on it. Please give us a little more time. We will inform you about our progress once we have any.
