Currently, XAF doesn't allows you to accomplish this task. I have created bugs for this purpose:
ID B32424 (Localization - It's impossible to localize AuditDataItem properties without modifying the source code)
ID B32433 (Localization - It's impossible to localize permissions without modifying the source code)
ID B32434 (B32434)
You will be automatically notified when its state is changed.
