Design-time C++Builder packages are declared as runtime ones

FROM: Need help clarifying steps on manual build in C++Builder - Opening a package causes errors
================
Hi Serge,
Progress on my side - got the download (many thanks), extracted to the folder location as installer would have, and tried adding the packages. All except the one noted in the attachment went through. Is that something that need to be resolved also?

    Hi I-Min,
    Our developers have researched this issue and found that to solve this problem, you should simply change the -Gpr flag to the -Gpd within our design-time packages. This bug report isn't in the Fixed state, because we are developing a tool, which will automatically convert our packages to prevent such problems in the future.
    Thanks

      Hi Dimitros,
      Really sorry to bug you all again, but if you look at the original issue that prompted this, Serge had build those libraries for me due to the fact I am still using the trial IDE. So the short of it is I rather not rebuild those myself - is it possible you all over there can change the flags for me and rebuild it and ship me the libraries as before? That would really help.
      Thanks,

        Hi I-Min,
        I'll recompile these libraries for you and post them within the ("Need help clarifying steps on manual build in C++Builder - Opening a package causes errors") report. Please give me some time.
        Thanks
        Dimitros
