It did not work for me, Winforms project, DevExpress v.18.1. Windows 10, .Net v.4.0

At the moment, it is not completely clear why the issue occurs. Would you please specify the version of DevExpress components you are using? It is possible that you are using an old version of our components, so it is necessary to update our controls to version 18.1.11 to be able to use them in Visual Studio 2019.
If this does not help, please use Gosha's Toolbox Analyzer tool from the How to resolve issues with Toolbox items KB article. If this tool fails to reset the toolbox, it generates log files. Please send these log files, so I can analyze them on my side.
