[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM Q346044: ASPxGridView - ASPxPopupControl is placed behind the PopupEditForm template]
I have the same problem, I set the z-index of the popupcontrol to > 12000 but when the edit form shows the popupcontrol, it always has the z-index 12000. How can I fix this problem!!!

This behavior is quite strange. Currently it's not completely clear why this effect occurs without examining your code and full scenario.
