dxDataGrid - xslx file is empty after export

Hi,

When downloading xslx in devexpress data grid its getting downloaded but its showing empty content. how to fix this issue. please let me know

    I can't share the code but i will tell you the scenario i have 91 lakh records where i try to dowload xslx . xslx is getting downloaded but showing no data. as we have data in the grid while opening the xslx showing we found problem with some content because of that its showing blank data in the xslx. How we overcome this problem.

        Hi Parul,

        Thanks for the update. However, it's not clear how many "91 lakh records" is? Is it 91 000 or 910 000? If your data is large, you may have encountered an out-of-memory exception on the client side.
        If so, try processing export on the server. For instance, check out the DataGrid - How to export large data on the server thread where a similar task was discussed.

        In addition, the problem may occur if data contains incorrect characters (see dxDataGrid - The "We found a problem with some content in 'Document.xlsx'. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can?" error occurs in the exported document when exporting large data) . Please check this part as well.
