To fix the issue, we've tweaked the Drag&Drop mechanism in WinExplorerView. Now, the drop cursor is displayed out of the box if the WinExplorerView.OptionsView.DrawDropMark option is enabled. In addition, you can retrieve the item after/before which the dragged item will be dropped using the WinExplorerView.GetDragItemInfo method. The method returns the WinExplorerDragItemInfo type value, in which the HoveredItem property is the target item, and the DragPosition property specifies whether the dragged item will be dropped before or after the target item.
The WinExplorerView doesn't clear PressedInfo when a Drag&Drop operation begins
