I can't open an URL in a new tab by right clicking on an menu item.
There is no option.
By Default there is only a context menu with select all, print…
What can i do to enable my user to open the URL in the same tab (left click) or in a new tab (right klick)

ASPxMenu does not provide a built-in functionality to handle the right mouse click. However, it is possible to use a workaround provided in the ASPxMenu - Show an ASPxPopupMenu on rightclick item ticket. Handle the oncontextmenu event and use recommendations from the Open URL in same window and in same tab topic to open a new page in the same tab.
