dxList does not always select the first group element if this group is expanded

created 9 years ago

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM T377685: Scrolling to group headers group list]
Hi,

Also, I have an issue when I expand a group sometimes it selects the first item and sometimes it doesn't.

If you look at the video you can see after I collapse the group header '2016' and then click the 2016 item on the right to expand it again, it doesn't select the first item.

Cheers

Dan

      I have found another issue,

When you have set focusStateEnabled to false, you can't select the items. Which is what you want ,
However when you expand a group using the expand method it still focuses the first element within that group, even though focusStateEnabled is set to false.

you can see this in the project attached, just set the focusStateEnabled to false, and then collapse and open the group. it does it then.

      Cheers,

      Dan
