Code1) If I enable ShowAllDataSourceColumns, I can't select every property with the filter control, because I coun't find a way to scroll it.
We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

We have implemented the HierarchicalColumnPopupHeight property for the following controls.
ASPxFilterControl - ASPxFilterControlBase.HierarchicalColumnPopupHeight Property
ASPxCardView - ASPxCardViewFilterControlSettings.HierarchicalColumnPopupHeight Property
ASPxGridView - ASPxGridViewFilterControlSettings.HierarchicalColumnPopupHeight Property
These properties specify the height of the filter control popup window containing a column list, when the hierarchical column view is enabled. If the popup window content is bigger than the specified value, a scrollbar is displayed.
