Hello Valnei,
From what I gather, you wish to enable visual inheritance for the standard MenuStrip control. It is not possible to edit it on an inherited form since visual inheritance is disabled for the ToolStrip family of controls. We cannot change this behavior since MenuStrip is a standard component. Please review the following articles for more information: Inheriting the contextmenustrip problemMenuStrip remains locked on the inherited form.

I won't edit components, I only want inherit the behavior from base winforms, I already this it wtih visual studio components
Now, I want do some with Devexpress components.
Please, show me the correct solution.

        Hello Valnei,
The approach is similar to the one with standard components. Set your base form as a base class for your main form. You can do it in code or using the Inheritance Picker tool. Attached is a small video that demonstrates this.
However, I see that you have the NullReferenceException when you open the designer of the inherited form. I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on my side. You can see it on the video and in the attached sample.
Would you please provide us with a sample where the issue is reproducible? It would help us determine its cause.
I hope to hear from you soon.
