TcxSchedulerHolidays - The caption of the Recurrence button located in the "Holiday editor" dialog and cxGetHolidayRecurrenceDescriptionString function results cannot be localized

I have published a hotfix that should help you localize these strings. After applying this patch, the Recurrence button on your image should use the scxRecurrence resource string. Other strings can be translated as it is described in the How to perform full localization of the ExpressScheduler? Knowledge Base article.

The recurrence button is ok now.
Could you tell me the variable's name for "occurs every" and "effective"?
Looking in the source of cxSchedulerHolidays, it looks that these variables still are "hard code".
