TcxSchedulerHolidays - The caption of the Recurrence button located in the "Holiday editor" dialog and cxGetHolidayRecurrenceDescriptionString function results cannot be localized

created 10 years ago

Hi
I am using the VCL Localizer Editor, and I didn't found the variables to translate the following sentences:
- "Recurrence" (button)
- "occurs every"
- "effective"

I've attached screen shots to help to find where these sentences are.

Any tips?

    Hello Rodrigo,

It seems that our Localizes cannot localize these strings. I have forwarded this ticket to our developers for fixing.

        Hello Rodrigo,

It seems that my comment was not clear enough. These "strings" do not have corresponding resource strings because they may be too different in different languages. Please review the How to perform full localization of the ExpressScheduler? Knowledge Base article to see how to define a custom cxGetHolidayRecurrenceDescriptionStringProc function to translate them. If the information provided there is insufficient, let me know and I will try to make a sample project for you.

          Now I got it. Thanks.

I am happy to hear that the problem is resolved. Thank you a lot for pointing out that it was not possible to translate these strings!!
