Is the Visual Studio 2013 Blue Skin available for the Delphi VCL?

We have implemented the functionality described in this ticket. It will be included in our next update(s).

I downloaded the 15.1.2 update and the Visual Studio 2013 skins are not in there. Am I missing something?

To process your recent post more efficiently, I created a separate ticket on your behalf: I downloaded the 15.1.2 update and the Visual Studio 2013 skins are not in there.. This ticket is currently in our processing queue. Our team will address it as soon as we have any updates.
This Skin is not available for VCL yet. We will possible implement it with future versions of our Express Skins.
That would be great.
The VCL Skineditor can import .NET Skins.
Is this .NET skin *.xml file available?
It is available among our .NET sources. However, even with this file, it is not an easy task to get a fully functional VCL skin based on it. I suggest that you better wait until we implement this skin. I believe this will not take much time.
Is there any time frame?
I cannot give any ETA for this skin because my estimation may be misleading.

will new Skins provided only in a then Major Updates or is it possible to get it in a Maintenance Releases?
New skins as well as most of other new features are usually provided in new major updates.
