Add the capability to outline (group) data in a worksheet

We have implemented the functionality described in this ticket. It will be included in our next update(s).

Additional information:

With VCL 15.1, we implemented the cell data grouping functionality allowing you to aggregate columns and/or rows into the outlined collapsible groups. In order to manage and modify groups in a Table View worksheet, use its Columns. Groups and Rows.Groups properties.

      Is this functionality already implemented? - grouping of row and columns data.
      I've downloaded VCL Trial(14.2.6). Loaded xlsx file with grouped data into TdxSpreadSheet, but have no see any collapsing control; same as with xls.
