Ribbon Form - Inactive MDI child forms are incorrectly skinned when restoring them down from the maximized state

Steps to reproduce:
- create MDI application with two forms (MDI parent/child)
- both forms are inherited from TdxRibbonForm and have TdxRibbon component
- assign for ribbon component properties: Style=rs2013, SupportNonClientDrawing=True
- open 2 MDI forms and maximize them
- restore normal size of MDI child forms
- one of MDI forms repainted with artifacts (top corners of the form are not painted - see 2015-02-02_081630.png)

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
