Ribbon - TdxBarApplicationMenu - The "Invalid Window Handle" exception occurs when clicking outside the menu after the customizing popup menu has been invoked for an item of the menu's submenu and closed by clicking another submenu item

Dear DevExpress Support Team,

Please see the attached project and vide.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch the app.
  2. Open the application menu.
  3. Open drop-down of the first page.
  4. Right click the button on the left.
  5. Move mouse pointer to the second row.
  6. Click the Ribbon bar itself.

The error will happen. After that it will be impossible to work with the app, and the app won't be closed with the cross and use entire processor time.

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
