LayoutControl - Cannot paste a control when LayoutItem is selected

Hi
Just installed this hotfix.
I don't think it is right yet.
I have attached a small solution and a movie. I can't copy and paste the SimpleButton like I used to in v 13.
I can copy and paste the layoutControlItem1 that contains the button.
Is this the way it is supposed to work ?

We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
