Circular and Linear scales - A range's ValueStart and ValueEnd property values are not updated in response to changes made to the associated scale's OptionsView.MinValue and OptionsView.MaxValue property values

To reproduce:

  1. Add a linear gauge scale and set MinValue to -5 and MaxValue to 50
  2. Add a range item to the scale and set ValueStart to -5 and ValueEnd to 20
  3. Change the gauge scale MinValue to 0. The range item ValueStart stays at -5 instead of snapping to the new minimum of 0.

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.
