Add the capability to display a caption in separator items (TdxLayoutSeparatorItem objects)

Hello.

Please add an abililty to show caption in TdxLayoutSeparatorItem controls. See attached example.

    Additional information:

    With VCL 15.1, separator items can optionally display a caption. As with other labeled layout items, the TdxLayoutSeparatorItem class is now inherited from the TdxCustomLayoutLabeledItem class and exposes the CaptionOptions property set, which allows you to switch the visibility of a caption and its image, as well as to arrange them as required.
