Column popup filter is not applied if a checkbox was dragged

Bad filtering behaviour

created 15 days ago

Hello!

The attached video shows that when I click on the item and move the mouse away, the filtering is activated and immediately returns to its original form. And it works the other way around too, when I want to deactivate the item, it immediately reverts back to the checked state.

This problem has existed for a long time, I've only finally managed to find out what exactly it is.

    Hi Alex,

    I also replicated with TcxGridDBTableView.

      Hello Stefan,

Thank you for the detailed description and videos. While I still didn't manage to reproduce this issue, it looks like it occurs when there is a delay on an attempt to apply a filter. Could you please specify whether the view on the video uses AutoDataSetFilter or any filtering-related events? I will try to simulate a delay.

        Hello Alex,
Attached is an example project. The two screencasts show how to replicate the problem. You just need to quickly drag the mouse out of the pop-up window.

It works perfectly in Excel's pop-up mode.

        Best regards, Stefan from Vinschgau

Thank you for your effort. I managed to reproduce this behavior. We will examine it and update the following thread once we have news: Column popup filter is not applied if a checkbox was dragged.
