DevExtreme - Custom bundle throws the "(0 , _index.addNamespace) is not a function" error

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install DevExtreme 24.2.3
  2. Install packages listed here (excluding devextreme): DevExtreme jQuery/JS - Create a Custom Bundle
  3. Install latest hotfix build globally npm install -g devextreme@24.2.5-build-25032-1935
  4. Create a custom bundle
  5. Create a new ASP.NET MVC project with DevExtreme and reference the created bundle in the project
  6. Run the project

Current results:

The project throws the following error:

    Facing the same issue here

    terser-webpack-plugin: v5.3.12
    webpack: v.5.98.0
    devextreme: v24.2.5
