The columns in our LookupComboBoxes are slightly smaller than we expected, when using DropDownAutoSize := true. Below are 3 screenshots, the fist of a 10 char length edit, the 2nd a 14 char and the 3rd a 16 char. The lookup autosizes, but is around one character short every time.

We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

Here is a screenshot with the combo showing the popup. The strings that does not have (pixel-)wide character show ok, but the strings with wide characters (here W) does not show fully. In this example 11 of 20 characters are shown in the popup.

We are going to fix this issue in the scope of the T223583: TcxLookupComboBox - Columns in the drop-down window are too narrow to display their content with wide symbols like "W" if the Properties.DropDownAutoSize property is set to True thread. Let's continue our discussion there.
