I've some charts in a page and when I move around sometimes the tooltip remains visible.

We have addressed the issue described in this ticket and will include a fix in our next maintenance update. Should you need to apply our fix prior to official release, you can request a hotfix here.
Important Notes:
- Hotfixes may be unavailable for Early Access/Beta builds or updates set for release within a week.
- .NET only: in the NuGet Package Manager, use your personal NuGet feed and check the "Include prerelease" option to view the hotfix package in the "Updates" tab.

Thank you for your video, I managed to reproduce the issue with our online demo.
However, I would like to note that I did not manage to determine the exact steps to reproduce the issue stably.
I have to move focus between different labels several times or move a mouse outside the chart in order to replicate this behavior.
In any case, we will investigate what can cause this issue and check for a suitable solution to resolve it.
If you have the exact steps which can be used to replicate the issue with our demo stably, please share it here.
It will be a great assistance to us.
If you move (pretty fast) from one tooltip to another and immediately leave the chart.

Thank you for the clarification. You are right, the issue is reproduced more stably if you move focus from one series to another quickly.
