This feature will be available as part of the ADOMD.NET support. Once you connect through the ADOMD.NET provider, the PivotGrid will display server-defined formatting. Please review the PivotGridAdomdDataSource class documentation or try the PivotGridOlapDemo sample application.
This feature will be available in the DXperience 2010 vol 2.
We introduced the ADOMD.NET technology support for XtraPivotGrid and DXPivotGrid. To be notified when this capability is implemented for the ASPxPivotGrid control, please track the OLAP - Add ADOMD.NET support for ASPxPivotGrid suggestion.

      It does not seems to work…
      I used the example from: http://www.devexpress.com/Support/Center/p/E1265.aspx
      But it didn't work. the ASPxPivotGrid control apears on the web page without any data.
