Core - Make it possible to modify the IModelClass.DefaultProperty via the Model Editor

Currently, people do not understand why they cannot change it and often get confused.
For instance, check out the following support tickets:

Of course, we need to modify our related code to look at this property instead of the ITypesInfo.DefaultMember one.
Probably consider renaming this to LookupDisplayMember so that people could easily understand what it is for. Currently, not everyone understands the "DefaultProperty".
