How to put xrLable on xrPictureBox

I want to put xrLabel on xrPictureBox.

Attachment is a demonstrating what I mean.

Hello Noh,
In HTML View (or in the browser) overlaid elements aren't supported and displayed shifted (at design time a special warning tooltip is shown). Your report will be rendered correctly only in WinForms (WPF, SL) preview and exported to PDF and Image formats. So, if this functionality is required you can use the approach shown in the How to print a report without displaying it in a web application example and send a PDF file to the client.
