Hello,
RichEditControl supports rendering, printing and exporting document shapes to PDF starting with version 18.2. Please take a look at the What's New 18.2 Rich Text Editor link. If you didn't upgrade to version 18.2 yet, I suggest you install the latest version and check the new functionality in action.

Update
In v20.1, we introduced the Shape API for our Word Processing Document API and Rich Text Editors (WinForms and WPF). Please review the following blog post for more details: Word Processing - Shape API Enhancements (v20.1).

      Hi Mariya,

This topic isn't about support for exporting shapes, is it? My impression is that people want to be able to insert arrows, squares, lines, etc. Just like MS Word allows you to do.

Thank you for the clarification. Yes, RichEditControl provides an API and user interface elements to create pictures and text boxes only. While we do not have plans to introduce an API to create other shape types, we may do so in the future. I'll inform our developers that you are interested in this functionality.

          Hi,
          We also need it.

          Hello Hongwei,
Thank you for your message. At preset, shapes are inserted into a RichEditControl as regular images. I have converted your question into a suggestion ticket and updated its subject heading accordingly. Our developers will continue working on this issue and you will be automatically informed of our progress with this item. We appreciate your desire to improve our products!
          Thanks,
          Alessandro.

We too. Saw a post 5 years back , but still not implemented . Company  thinking to change the third party control only because of this feature was not implemented.
