Upgrade problem with DXperience - Compilation Error

Hi,
A month ago I have bought the ASPxGridView Suite and it works fine.
Yesterday, I decided to buy the ASPxperience Suite and did it.
But I'm receiving an error compiling and executing my project:

Compiler Error Message: CS0433: The type 'DevExpress.Web.ASPxGridView.ASPxGridView' exists in both 'd:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_MSIL\DevExpress.Web.ASPxGridView.v7.2\7.2.4.0__9b171c9fd64da1d1\DevExpress.Web.ASPxGridView.v7.2.dll' and 'd:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\dallaperfumes\19b0d3d4\c2579f5d\assembly\dl3\909a0abe\09890c88_89e5c701\DevExpress.Web.ASPxGridView.v7.2.DLL'

I've already use the Project Converter, tried to change some assemblys and also created a new project, but nothing happen.
Can anyone help me?!

    Hi,
    Please search your desks for old DevExpress DLLs and delete them. Also, do the following:

    1. Close VS.
    2. Restart your IIS or better yet, restart the "World Wide Web Publishing" service (Start menu\Settings\Control Panel\Administrative tools\Services).
    3. Clear the "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files" folder.
    4. Clear the project's Bin and Obj folders.
    5. Look for the App_Licenses.dll file within your solution and delete it, if found.
    6. Rebuild your application.
      Hopefully, this will help you resolve the problem.
