It would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts on the ASPxMenu control.
Proposed Solution:
Do the same type of functionality found in other control suites, like c1, c2 or c3.

Added notes from an upcoming book that highlights your intention to include this feature.
is there any chance to have this functionality?
is there any chance at least to have a doClick of a menuitem on client side?
Hello Kelvin,
I wanted to thank you for checking back. The suggested feature is still indeed on our To-Do list. Because we have not received many requests for this feature, we have no plans to release it in the near future. I thank you for your time.
Thats ok, but what about a doClick of the menuitem on client side api?
@Kelvin,
Please clarify why you need it.
@Marion,
For example I want to add the F9 keyboard shortcut as Save function which I have under a menuItem on menu.
In this case I want catch the F9 key on client side and make a doClick of the menuItem, to have same functionality as the users click on the menuitem.
@Kelvin,
Thank you for your clarification. I am afraid your scenario will become possible only when we implement the new functionality. Please stay tuned.
This is very important for submitting functions because the application in 99% of the cases is better to make some client validations before going to server-side validations.
