Allow for Button, SelectImage and StateImage to be located in any column, not just the first one

As it stands currently, Button, SelectImage and StateImage can only be located in first column, left of the first column data. New functionality would allow them to be located in any column.
Proposed Solution:
Attached image shows the new functionality. In this example first and fourth column have images (not SelectImage nor StateImage, but rather any image, via PictureEdit for example), second column is of CheckEdit type (again, nothing to do with StateImage), and third column is the important one, that has custom Button (blue triangle instead of +/-), and it's not showing any SelectImage or StateImage.
