If there are controls in RibbonControl where IsVisible = false during runtime, minimizing and expanding RibbonControl throws an "NullReferenceException was unhandled" exception.
If all controls in RibbonControl has IsVisible = true, then exception doesn't throw and can minimize and expand RibbonControl.
