How to convert a byte array (byte[]) to SvgImage

From this question I see that there is a SvgImageBinaryConverter

But I cant find it.

    This works

    C#
    public static SvgImage SVGByteArrayToImage(byte[] bytesArr)
{
    using (var memstr = new MemoryStream(bytesArr))
    {
        return SvgImage.FromStream(memstr);
    }
}

    It is using DevExpress.Utils.Svg;
