I already came by this ticket. I try to do a ClickOnce demo. I tried to sign all dlls using this tool , it reports same issue that
Strong name signature not valid for this assembly DevExpress.Data.v19.2.dll
Is it a common issue with ClickOnce deployment as when using DevExpress deployment tool is used, I moved that folder to target machine and can run the Executable without any issue (just the trial screen which is OK).

I wasn't able to replicate the issue when trying to deploy a simple sample project using ClickOnce nor by using the Strong-Name Signer tool:
Would you please share the problematic assemblies so I can check it on my side?
