Neutral Filter Mode is a new default option

What Changed
Dashboards now use Neutral Filter Mode as their default option.

Reasons for Change
We introduced this change based on user feedback analysis to prevent potential “dead lock” situations where multiple filter widgets influence each other.

Impact on Existing Apps
All items in all filter elements are now initially deselected.

How to Revert to Previous Behavior
Use the following properties to disable Neutral Filter Mode:
