    Eamon,

I couldn't reproduce the problematic behavior using version 16.4.2 of Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 or version 16.5.0 Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 Preview. The CodeRush v19.2.6 vsix package is correctly installed in both versions of Visual Studio 2019. I've recorded a screencast to illustrate my results.

Could you please provide more information on your inquiry? For instance, what is the exact version of the Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise you have installed? I suggest you start your Visual Studio, go to Help > About Microsoft Visual Studio, click the Copy Info button, and paste the information from your clipboard to the comment body bellow.

I look forward to hearing from you.
