ASPxDateEdit - MaxDate with time part

created 6 years ago

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM Q562059: DateEdit ignores time that is used in MaxDate or MinDate properties]
Hi,

I have looked at the documentation for MaxDate (https://documentation.devexpress.com/AspNet/DevExpress.Web.DateEditProperties.MaxDate.property ) and I see no clear notion of the control not supporting the time-part.

I had hoped for it to be supported by now, but it seems that it is still not supported…

- any thoughts on this, now it is 2018?

Hello,

We discussed similar behavior in the ASPxDateEdit - MinDate/MaxDate doesn't take the time part into account in v18.1 thread and corrected it in the context of that ticket. In the fixed version MaxDate should take the time part into account.
Let us know if you need further clarification.

      GREEEEEAT!

When do you expect 18.1.7 to be released? Within a week?

        Hello,

Currently, I cannot provide you with any ETA on when version 18.1.7 will be released. We expect it to be available within a month. As a temporary solution, you can use the hotfix provided in the thread mentioned above.
