Hi Dusan,

The current Support Center implementation doesn't support inline images. To prevent any confusion, it intentionally sanitizes all graphical contents when images are pasted into the ticket editor: empty space replaces each image.

We consider improving our Support Center and the idea of providing support for inline images is still on our radar. In the meantime, include your images as attachments.

Can't you just disallow pasting images? Or add them as attachments automatically?

We prefer the second approach. And this is what we're working on for the next Support Center version.
