Cannot debug tests using Test Runner

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM T584631: Test Runner does not work with VS 2017 15.5 update]
I was having an identical issue, and, while the build allow the tests to run, I can't debug into a test. It runs, but doesn't stop on breakpoints.

    We were already reported about a similar issue and are working on a fix. We will let you know once it is ready.

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.

      Hello Kelvin,
      We fixed this issue. The fix is contained in the CodeRush 17.2.4 update. It has been just released. You are welcome to download it from the Visual Studio Marketplace
