Hello,

We described a solution for this typical task in the Task-Based Help > How to: Print a Report Without Displaying a Preview article. There is also a built-in ShowInReport Action that is already available in ListView and DetailView and shows a report preview based on the selected records: Concepts > Extra Modules > Reports V2 Module > In-Place Reports

Please also consider using our search engine to quickly locate information in our online documentation and support database. I hope you find this tool helpful for the future as it can help you save your time and find answers faster than we do.

I tried this case, but found a problem: when I choose a data, the print is still all the data.
I now need to select a piece of data, and then only print the report of this data. So I would like to add an Action in the DetailView, click on the data source will be passed to the report. Please change how to do?

Thanks for describing your business requirements in greater detail. Since you need to use only selected records for a report's data source, I suggest you stick with the default ShowInReport functionality, because this way, you will not be forced to compile your criterion manually. I have described how it can be done in a separate ticket I created on your behalf: How to print or export select records immediately when using the built-in ShowInReport Action
Let me know how this solution works for you.
