Scheduler has incorrect cell dimensions if `dx-scheduler-cell-sizes-horizontal` is applied and virtual scrolling is enabled on iPhone

Steps to reproduce:

Open the attached demo on iPhone in Safari;
Scroll to the bottom;
Switch the week.

See the attached video.

Expected results:

Cell sizes remain the same.

Current results:

Cell sizes are incorrectly changed.

Workaround:

Temporarily disable virtual scrolling.
