DataGrid - Ctrl+Arrow Key allows movement only between the first DataGrid elements

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on the 2nd DataGrid's Invoice Number filter row
  2. Press Ctrl+Arrow Down

Expected results:

The focus moves to the data row of the 2nd DataGrid

Current results:

The focus moves to the data row of the 1st DataGrid
