you mention this option in your guidelines for the accessibility of the data grid:
Ctrl + ↑ ↓ Navigates between a column header, filter row, data area, filter panel, and pager.
Theoretically, this behavior works very well, but unfortunately not if you have several data grids in the view. In this use case, the control element always jumps to the listed position in the first data grid, even if you are in a different grid.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I created a bug report: T1285596 - DataGrid - Ctrl+Arrow Key allows movement only between the first DataGrid elements. We will update that thread once we have news.
