Exception after rebuilding components

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM T1281247: Devexpress 23.1 Source Builder Tool Can Not Build XPF.Themes DLLs]

Running SBT makes dll available with me now Alisher, but 2 exceptions we are getting

  1. Exception1: when user try to save the Dashboard or Report option in Image format the Exception occurs:
    ”No application is associated with the specified file for this Operation”
  2. Exception2: In print preview Window, when user tried to Export the file with Image format user can able to export it successfully and sometimes unable to Export it and the Exception occurs:
