On Timelineview, the horizontal scroll is pushed back each time you reach the minimum and maximum date.
The control then displays an extra space on the scroll bar to go further.
Is it possible to trigger an event at this point and retrieve the maximum and minimum dates in order to retrieve the necessary data based on these dates?
It is sort of lazy loading i guess.

As far as I understand, you want to load data dynamically based on the current visible time range. If so, you can handle the FetchAppointments event as described in the following help topic: Use the FetchAppointments Event for Faster Appointment Loading.
