DxPopup - It is impossible to hide a popup if DxFlyout targets the button that shows both controls

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run the project from the attachment.
  2. Click the "Test" button twice.
  3. Click outside the popup body.
  4. Press Escape.

Expected results:

Popup is closed on steps 3 and 4

Current results:

Popup is not closed

Additional information:

The issue is not reproduced in v24.1.11
