PivotGrid - Unselecting an item breaks the 'Select All' checkbox in the field header filter

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Field Chooser.
  2. Add the Id field to Filter Fields.
  3. Open the Id header filter.
  4. Click Select All to select all entries.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom three times
  6. Unselect one item at the bottom.
  7. Click OK to close the header filer.
  8. Open the Id header filter
  9. Click Select All

Expected results:

A click on SelectBox unselects all items

Current results:

A click on SelectBox has no effect
