DataGrid - onFocusedCellChanged `row` parameter is undefined for the first cell

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on a header cell.
  2. Tab until the first cell in the first row is focused.

Expected results:

The onFocusedCellChanged row parameter is defined.

Current results:

The onFocusedCellChanged row parameter is undefined.
