End-User Report Designer for Blazor - The Hyperlink button in the Rich Text Editor doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a report in the End-User Report Designer in a Blazor application.
  2. Add an XRRichText to the report.
  3. Open an in-place rich text editor and click the Hyperlink button:

Expected results:

The Hyperlink dialog appears as follows:

Current results:

The Hyperlink dialog does NOT appear. The following error is thrown in the console:
