Please see attached image.
Is there a way I can achieve this look i.e. to have a border along the footer that starts at the left-most part of the popup over to the right thus removing what appears to be a 20px margin on left and right.
Would appreciate any ideas you might have.

You can add a custom CSS style to the following class to achieve the desired horizontal border:
CSS.dx-toolbar.dx-widget.dx-visibility-change-handler.dx-collection.dx-popup-bottom{
border-top: solid 1px
}
